Once meeting the course requirement, certificates of completion will be available at no cost.
(For those who are interested, CEU/CHES/MCHES credits will also be available for a nominal fee.)

Continue Education Credits

You must complete an evaluation before requesting a CE certificate if you have not already done so. Please click on the "Evaluation Required" link under your My CE Certificates. Your feedback is very important to us!

CEs

You will be able to immediately open your CE certificate above after completing the CE request. You will also receive a confirmation email with a link to the certificate.

CMEs for "Cardiac Risk Assessment In Youth"

You will be able to claim credit from UCI CloudCME after completing the CE request. Your activity ID will be available above, and you will also receive a confirmation email with your activity ID.
Step 1: Go to https://uci.cloud-cme.com/ and click the Sign In button, and choose the Sign-in or Create Account (Non-UCI Employees Only) link to create an account with them.
Step 2: Once logged into your CloudCME Account, go to My CME and click the Claim Credit button. Enter Activity ID and then confirm your attendance.
Step 3: Click the Evaluations & Certificates button. Download or email the certificate.
