About the IPH

Bertha Ruvalcaba

Bertha Ruvalcaba provides administrative and logistics support to the IPH staff, and oversees the daily expense processing for the community-based evaluation contracts under the Institute’s responsibility. “I’m very fortunate to be among people who are working so hard to improve the lives of others, always with a professional attitude and showing respect towards everyone. ”

Ms. Ruvalcaba’s primary activities:

• Account processing and tracking for various grant and contract funds
• Administrative and logistics support for Executive Director, Operations Manager and IPH Staff in general
• Interaction with Foundation Central Staff on related matters to the processing of paperwork and other project-related issues
